The Wallace Inn offers fifty-nine rooms and four suites, renovated in 2009. Rooms include king or queen beds, refrigerators, and Wi-Fi. Each room features mountain views, a 25-inch cable TV, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and climate control. Options include King Rooms with sitting and work areas, Double Queen Rooms for families, and Queen Rooms with sleeper sofas. Two-Room Suites feature a California king bed, a flat screen television, a living area with a wet-bar, a mini fridge, and a full-sized sleeper sofa. The Silver Suite has a marble hot tub, a California king bed, a full-sized sleeper sofa, and a powder room. The Hospitality Suite suits social gatherings for up to 25 people and includes a wet-bar, a mini fridge, a full-sized sleeper sofa, and a California king bed.

The Wallace Inn has multiple dining options. The Trailside Cafe serves family-friendly meals. O'Rourke's Lounge is suitable for conversation over drinks from the bar and has a television. The hotel serves a continental breakfast with pastries, muffins, and juices; a Northwest breakfast with eggs, hash browns, and choice of meat; Eggs Wallace with eggs, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, and bacon; Wallace Inn Crepes with apple crepes and sausage; and a Northwest Fastbreak with pancakes, eggs, biscuits, and gravy. The Full American Breakfast Buffet includes fruits, eggs, potatoes, and meat. Lunch options include a Chef's Salad, Deli Platter, Tuna or Chicken Salad, and Soup and Sandwich. Buffets such as the Deli Buffet and Mexican Buffet are available for groups of 35 or more. Dinner entrees feature Roast Pork, Prime Rib, Roast Turkey, Chicken Dijon, and Baked Halibut. A Dinner Buffet is available for groups.

The Wallace Inn provides a blue-tiled indoor pool and jetted spa, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a dry sauna and a steam room. The fitness room has updated equipment and a full bathroom. For outdoor recreation, guests can access the 73-mile Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes for biking, walking, and running. In winter, the hotel provides access to skiing and snowshoeing.

Located in Wallace, Idaho, off Interstate 90, the Wallace Inn is near the Silver Valley, the Bitterroot Mountains, and the Route of the Hiawatha Bike Trail. Maps and guides are available, with recommendations for rides and trails. The Wallace Inn is off-road vehicle friendly, allowing guests to park trailers and ride from the hotel.
